I researched for a year, speaking with Patty through e mails and phone with all of my questions. I arrived in Cancun in February 2023 to begin my all in 4 journey along with my Husband. At no time did I ever feel unsafe. We stayed in the downtown area in Suites Malecon adjacent to the Mall where the clinic is located. It had everything we needed as well as security and convenience.

I had my surgery with no pain and minimal swelling and always felt I was in capable hands. The clinic is state of the art equipped and very clean. I left with temporaries to allow my implants to heal. Although they were no fun to wear it was a necessary part of the process.

I returned in August 2023 to load my permanents. Everything went perfectly, thanks to Dr. Elizabeth Toledo who worked diligently with me to create the perfect smile I had imagined. I left Cancun ecstatic! Not only were they beautiful but were functional! I have had my permenants now almost a year, and I just returned from Cancun from having my maintenance done.

Everything was removed, inspected, cleaned and polished. Dr. Lara was amazing during this process. I absolutely love my all on 4, they feel natural. This clinic at no time ever made me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my dental health. They work together as a team to achieve perfect results and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Dr Elizabeth regularly texts me to check on me and see if I have any problems. You don’t get that in America. The services were very affordable and I have always felt very well taken care of. If your reading this and your in pain with poor dental health. Give Patty a call or send her an email and see what this clinic can do for you. They can give you a video consultation just from your x rays or pictures.

Give them a chance, I’m sure glad I did. They changed my life.

I truly was impressed every single step of the way!!! When I reached out to the office to begin the process I was very impressed by how quickly all my questions were answered. I decided to send in a copy of my X-rays for a diagnosis and consultation and it was so easy.

Paty is the international patient coordinator and she goes above and beyond when it comes to interacting with patients. She helped me every step of the way! Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision - she is kind, compassionate and by the time I was ready to head to Cancun I considered her a friend! Paty - thank you a million times for being you!!!

Upon arrival I met Santiago! He is part of the Patient concierge team! His positive attitude and big smile always made me feel welcome. He checked on me daily via text, we talked about our love for books and he even recommended some great reading! Santiago you are amazing! Thank you for being part of my journey!!!

Then there is my sweet Daphne!!! She is a customer care coordinator and her attentiveness and care exceeded any expectations I could have had. The day of my surgery she was like an angel sent from Heaven - she filled my prescriptions for me, she walked me back to my hotel and made sure I was safe and even returned with chicken soup and water! She also stayed in touch via text every day. Even after I returned home!!!

Santiago and Daphne I consider you both friends and I’m very grateful for your care during my stay!!!

Dr. German Arzate - my forever favorite dentist! He was so gentle and to my surprise I had zero bruising after surgery - he is not just an incredible dentist but also a terrific artist! Be sure to check out his beautiful artwork all over the office - his sculptures are gorgeous!!! He truly has a passion for what he does!

Also a special thank you to Dr. Maria Villalobos and also Dr. Froy - you guys were amazing also! Every single question or concern I had was addressed and they definitely made sure I was comfortable and taken care of!!!

As I would assume most people are, I was nervous about travelling to another country to receive critical and significant dental work. With that in mind, I was referred to Cancun cosmetic dentistry and was quickly filled with confidence.

Coming from USA, I had high standards of professionalism, cleanliness and expertise. Dr. Julian and his team of specialists far exceeded all of my expectations. They had translators with me at all times (although most doc’s spoke great English, but full and proper translation was available at all times which was a significant relief.

I had 28 crowns installed and a single root canal, so was a guest of the clinic for a little while. Prior to, between and after all appointments their patient services team was in constant contact with me ensuring my comfort and happiness. It really was a pleasure.

I staying in the hotel in the mall which is very very nice, cost effective and incredibly clean. Would highly recommend.

Pricing: the same services in America was near 6x the cost of having the care here with Dr. Julian. It was worth every penny and more.

They were very focused on my care, and getting things arranged expeditiously as I was away from home and my family.

All I can say is that Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry has literally changed my life and I couldn’t be a bigger cheerleader for their practice.

It’s been several years in the making trying to get to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and I’m so happy I stayed the course. From the arrival in Cancun I was greeted with amazing hospitality. When you hear other clients say they treat you like family that is exactly what you get as soon as you walk in the door. The facility is second to none.

The amount of care you get starting with your first call with Paty who will go over the initial cost which you won’t find better pricing anywhere, the reception Marisol, to the coordinator Norma who’s an awesome cheerleader, Dr German, Dr Francisco are professionals at what they do with more than 20 years experience. I came with a smile I was really not proud to display however I left with an amazing Hollywood sonrisa (Spanish for smile) that I honestly left a completely rejuvenated person with my confidence I haven’t had in a very long time.

Take action. The office will help with hotels, recreation, awesome tours and if you just want to relax the beaches are beautiful. You’ll leave a new person with new experiences and a great bright smile. It was my honor writing this review, until next time. Adios Cancun Con Mucho Amor.

I went there when I was already on vacation. They are in a shopping mall so I found them that way. At first, I only wanted them to do check my denture because I hated it... it was terrible. It would shift and fall...

They gave me a quick evaluation and asked me if I was interested in Snap in Dentures or their other implant treatments too. I laughed because I know how expensive implants are in the States and I almost fell from the dentist chair when they explained their price... I could actually get it done!

They coordinated with me. They said they could finish in a week. I was going to stay for two weeks so... I went for it. The first day: implants. Second-day: wax test, then color tests, then to try them... make the adjustment. My mind was BLOWN AWAY. They had it down perfectly. Like an F1 race pit team. Their staff was with me checking everything was perfect. UNREAL. I kid you not.

I had never seen this level of teamwork firsthand. And they were SO nice. I can say I had tears in my eyes when they gave me a mirror to look at my smile. Hahaha, I can believe this was the best trip I ever had, and thanks to the dentist!

The Snap in Dentures is really good because it doesn't require glue to stay in place and it doesn't have a roof so you don't get that acrylic flavor on your food. I managed to enjoy some local cuisine as soon as I left the clinic with my new dentures. My only worry: I'm definitely going to gain weight after this! Hahahaha!

First I must start off by saying the whole entire staff is amazing. I have never in my life met such a nice, caring, patient, and professional staff. They made the whole week process amazing and comfortable for me.

Sometimes when I feel discomfort I got this thing where I cry like a little baby and the whole entire staff was so patient and comfortable with me. They made me feel at ease with the process by telling me it was ok and normal and holding my hand when needed. They never got frustrated. They are genuinely concerned; after leaving the dentist every day of week they would call and text me several times just to assure everything was ok.

If you want a dentist that works with your needs and go above and behind to fit your needs PLEASE CHOOSE CANCUN COSMETIC DENTISTRY!! I’m so happy with my new smile. They did an amazing job.

Well it's been close to 3 years since I had the snap-in dentures, and I think it's finally time I leave a review. First of all I just want to thank all the doctors and staff for being so kind. I had about 15 teeth pulled, and 16 mini implants installed, I have the snap indentures which I love very much. Not much I can't eat now, I do stay away from hard nuts if I do eat them I do it slowly. Steak salad is a breeze to eat.

After about 2 years I had a problem with one of the dentures it cracked. I called up Cancun dental and they fixed it no questions asked—very reputable company. I'd like to give a shout out to Dr Elizabeth, and doctor Marilyn who by the way is from Cuba, one of the most talented doctors in the business in my opinion.

The whole experience was a hell of a ride, one that I would take a thousand times over. And did I say I saved about $30,000? The best decision I've ever made. Now I'm no longer a member of the soft food club. Again I like to thank everybody for the experience it was wonderful

Just returned from Cancun for follow up care of my implants. I am never disappointed in the care I receive from Dr. Arzate and his fellow dentists. As a 6 yr patient I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I will gladly continue to make the trip from Tennessee every time I need them.

They are everything I could ever want in a dental office and more. Don’t even hesitate if you are thinking about making an appointment.

After living a life with bad teeth which caused me pain, both physically and emotionally, I found Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry on an internet search. Upon request, I received about 20 references of prior work. I contacted EVERYONE of them and everyone of them gave rave reviews of their experience.

I flew down for an appointment and was pleased to find the cost less than half of what I would expect here in the states. I was extremely impressed with the caring of everyone there about my needs. After having ugly teeth all my life, I told them I wanted the bright white Hollywood smile and that's exactly what I got.

I still get emotional when I think of where I am confidence wise today vs prior to having this done. I was there two weeks and had all my teeth pulled to make way for the implants. Yeah, it's uncomfortable for a while. Lost some weight eating noodles and soft scrambled eggs, but WOW was it worth it.

If you can't stand seeing yourself in the mirror; if you haven't smiled in years; GO, DO IT. Visit these wonderful people. They will take care of you!

From the time i contacted CCD and received my initial consultation from Dr Azarte, my experience could not have been better. Every step in process from the initial extractions to the final Dentures and Crowns was professional and caring.

Everyone I worked with (Dr, Elizabeth, Dr Julian, Dr Eric, Dr Azarte, Dr Carlos, Patty, Elizabeth, Enid (and a few I'm forgetting) always made sure I understood the process and checked on me every step of the way even when I was home between visits. The final result was better than i ever expected and at a price i could actually afford. This never could have happened at home.

My experience mirrors that of the 3 other friends that have had dentures and crowns done at CCD and I would recommend this practice and their work to others that need it. Finally, for the first time in many years I can genuinely smile and not be ashamed and that has been the best result of all.

After all those sleepless nights browsing in the internet where to find the best dental care that has to offer, I finally found CCD! Thanks to Junie for sharing her dental journey which made me to decide 100% to go to CCD. My initial experience began with the outstanding customer service of Paty Arciniega, all my inquiries were answered at a timely manner most especially the comparative costs of dental procedures between Canada and them. In our place, they're charging me 30kCad for all on four but In CCD, I had 8 mini implants Snap In Denture that costs me only 4,500 USD. To sum up the air fare and hotel accomodations, I would say it's still worth because my husband and I enjoyed the beauty of Cancun.

My dental experience with CCD was amazing, hats off to Dr. German, a very professional and generous person. Dra. Vicky, Dr. Cesar, Dr. Jesus, thank you for all your concerns and hardwork. You all did your best to make sure I can have the sunshine smile when I go back home. And to all the front ladies, She and company, thank you for the warm welcome!

I just came back to CCD last May because my body rejected the 2 mini implants that I had in Sept 2016, Dr. German attended to me as well as Dra Vicky and Dr Cesar and it all went out so perfect! They even replaced the upper snap in denture to new one. Good thing about this, I didn't shell out a single penny.

Five star is not enough to rate CCD, I would give them a 10- Star!!!

I recently visited a Cancún Cosmetic Dentistry due to severe pain from my wisdom teeth. I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. David Guerrero, who performed the surgery to extract all four wisdom teeth in just one appointment.

The experience was excellent from start to finish! The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Guerrero explained everything clearly and addressed all my concerns, which really helped ease my anxiety.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the recovery has been much easier than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. David Guerrero and this clinic for anyone needing dental care, especially for wisdom teeth extraction. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I have been dealing with bad teeth for the past 25 years. Wore down and discolored teeth prevented me from ever smiling. I’ve been called out by friends and family for never smiling in photos. Just too embarrassed about my smile. I’ve seen many dentists in the US over the past 10+ years about having a full mouth restoration but due to the cost I could never ever afford it! After losing a crown right before my vacation to Cancun in December 2018, I decided to go to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry for an evaluation. I was very pleased with the entire visit. Dr. Arzate and Dr. Cesar performed my full mouth of Zirconia Crowns in my 10 day visit in January 2019. His staff was very professional and his office was very clean! I have a 3 tooth bridge that I had done by a US dentist in 2014 that I didn’t have replace at this time.

After the procedure was completed I was totally shocked about my new teeth and appearance! Of coarse, there’s going to be some discomfort but it was minor! I didn’t even need any pain medicine after the procedure. I had a complement on how beautiful my teeth were by a beautiful lady at the resort I was staying at that first night after the procedure! Totally shocked and it made me smile more! I was saddened how bad the quality of the bridge appeared next to my new teeth that the US dentist how put in place. I’m going to have it replaced on my next trip to Cancun! In regards to the price of my full mouth restoration, my procedure and two week trip to beautiful Cancun was less than 10k!!! Can’t beat that in the US! I know many people worry about the safety in Cancun but as a former law enforcement officer in the US you’ll have no problems there! Very safe compared to many US cities! I have visited Cancun about 20 times over the past 15 years without any worries.

All I can say about that is if you want to run with the bad elements you can expect trouble. Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry also gives you a warranty that no American dentist can give! As Arnold S. says! I’ll BE BACK!

I saved so much money and love my snap in dentures! I can take them out to clean them but can eat real food again. Dr. Arzate and his team are skilled and caring professionals.

I was skeptical about coming down from Colorado to Cancun to get major dental work performed. My first appointment, Dr. German gave me an extensive, honest, and complete assessment of my mouth...and what he would do if he were me, and went to work immediately when I ok’d it.

I just finished the 1st of 2 phases on my mouth (5 implants, 4 extractions, 3 bone grafts). I have to waits 90 days for the implants to heal before coming back for the abutments and crowns for the implants.

The office checked on me regularly during the recovery, and got me back quickly for each return appointment during the week.

I have had lots of crowns and implants done in the U.S., and Dr. Germans work and his staffs professionalism is as good or better than any dentist I have ever dealt with.

And the best thing, all the work was at LEAST 1/3 of the price I would have paid in the states!

I highly recommend for anyone who needs substantial work done on their mouths.

The best dentist in the whole wide world!!!❤️❤️❤️. I come all the way from NY to see the dentist and have all my work done in 2 weeks what would take a few years in NY. The dentist here really care about you. They call and check on you after your visit.. & u can text them and always walk in.. yes they take walk ins. I love the entire staff. Dr Germain, is the best he’s the owner. And he’s very busy. But the dentist Dr Carlos, Dr Olivia and Dr Johnathan are the best this is the first time I ever went to the dentist and had very little pain. I had 8 teeth pulled. The other beauty of this is that it’s not as expensive as NY. I will keep coming back here to do my teeth. They really know how to treat you.. and my new teeth look amazing.. I’m getting implants I have to wait 4 months. And Very little pain.. thank you CanCun dental ❤️

The entire staff is fabulous. They actually care about you, go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. They all treat you like family. The Doctors and Surgeons are fantastic! Once I was finished with everything, DR. A as he calls himself, the lead surgeon and sculptor saw me as I was leaving and asked if he could examine my new implants. He was not satisfied and made several more adjustments before allowing me to leave the office. This is the level of service that you receive at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. They have top of the line equipment, very clean, and a very impressive staff. I highly recommend them for any major dental work.

From the moment I got I walked in and got my consultation, to the very end where I was done with my first part of the visit, it was absolutely an amazing experience. The way this office operates it’s a happy family, and just so friendly atmosphere. The level of communication from one person to another is so smooth. This place has delivered 100% of what they claim. From the beginning everyone here has been totally professional. My new smile is perfect.

They do, in fact, honor their warranty if there is an issue. My zirconia crowns are all straight, bright, clean and perfect in every way. I had my mouth checked by a dentist at home and he was also thoroughly impressed.

Only the price I paid was a fraction of the price back home and since they have a whole team of specialists, everything went very quickly.

I had my first experience with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry about 6 years ago. While on vacation I had a horrible tooth ache. From past experience, I knew I needed a root canal. I walked into the clinic in pain and they instantly adjusted their schedule to take care of me. The treatment saved my vacation.

During a follow-up visit I was asked if I wanted to get an estimate for a full mouth restoration. I had been given estimates in the USA and the pricing was insulting. I agreed to getting the estimate mostly out of politeness. About a year later I returned to have 16 root canals and 26 crowns installed. No doubt, there is nothing fun about getting dental work but the entire staff was professional and really cared about my experience and comfort. And I could not have been happier with my new smile.

A few years later my local Dentist informed me that a few of the crowns needed to be replaced for a ridiculously expensive price. A few of the crowns had gaps in them which will allow food and bacteria to be exposed to the tooth below the crown and cause decay. Maybe the gaps were caused from my bite or maybe they moved over time. I can't honestly tell you what caused them to shift.

Regardless, I contacted Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and sent them the x - rays. They told me to come back to the clinic and they would take care of me. And that is EXACTLY what they did ( thanks Dr. Olivia :). Can you imagine a US Dentist offering a warranty for their work?

I am a % satisfied customer and all of my future dental work other than routine maintenance will be performed at Canucn Cosmetic Dentistry. The staff at the clinic have become more than my dental care specialists ... They are also my friends.

OMG I love my new smile! Cancun dentistry was the BEST decision I have ever made for myself. The work was affordable, the service was top notch, and customer experience is #1 with them. I'm an Uber Driver and I don't have the luxury to afford a full mouth Dental implant in the US. But I got it in Cancun for HALF PRICE!

I used to have an 8_5, a regular job with dental, vision, blah blah 'insurance' that was only good for deep cleaning—even when I paid 10% or 20% of my paycheck for the last decade!

Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry is the best I ever knew, the staff, the Doctors and the best part is, THE PRICE!. Oh my God, Dr Herman, Dr Julian, Patty, Daphne, Elizabeth, Jose, Santiago, Alexandra, Roxana and other members of CANCUN DENTISTRY whom I DIDN'T MEET!

I had 3 estimates in the USA that ranged from 40k to 60k. One estimate in Costa Rica for 20k but no one was answering my questions. In Mexico I had two estimates, one for 20k and the other was 30k. Again, many of my most important questions were not being answered so I didn't feel comfortable with these places. Finally, after one year of searching, I came across a video of Dr. Arzate and I knew right away that I had found my place. He shares a lot of information in his videos. I sent my x-rays to Dr. Arzate, and in return he sent me a video within 24 hours explaining what treatments he recommended and gave me a great price of $18,500. He recommended three options and all-on-4 was the one I chose for my treatment.

Before committing, I asked for references, which Dr. Arzate's team happily supplied me. I called 6 different people from the reference list and felt comfortable with their feedback to go with Dr. Arzate's team. I was very happy with Patricia, the dental planner, for helping me with my flight, airport pick-up, hotel and so much more. With Patrica's help, my experience was very smooth and easy.

All the people that I met at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry were warm, loving, and professional. This place is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. In my experience, they will do whatever it takes to help achieve your dream smile. Additionally, I think there are some important things we can do as a customer to help improve the whole experience. In my experience, staying in the Suites Malecon hotel was very convenient. They have two kinds of rooms. If you can afford it, get the room with the kitchen. If you're on a tight budget, bring a blender so you can blend your food after your operation. My operation was smooth and when you go back home you will need to take your stitches out. Personally, I went to a dentist to do that, which I would recommend.

It took me 6 months to heal before I went back to my second visit. My healing at home was slow and I was working on feeding my body good food, keeping my mouth clean, and relaxing. Implants can fail if we don't support our body in the healing process.

In my second visit, my experience was amazing. I stayed for 9 days but I think that 10 days or more is even better and maybe even necessary to ensure all adjustments can be made. I could feel that everyone in the clinic that I met truly cared about my success, something I never experienced in the USA. I also want to thank more directly the people who worked closely with me: to Elizabith from the front desk, who was quick to respond to all of my communications and did a fantastic job; to Dr. Arzate, the amazing artist who runs this big successful operation; to Dr. Roberto, who communicated with me during my healing at home; and to Dr. Elizabeath, who did most of my restoration work. She is very talented and has a lot of patience—a true professional! Also, I want to thank the people that work in the laboratory and anybody else involved in my case...thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I was nervous at first... Shy and uncertain. At Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry... It was easy to fall in love with everyone at this facility. Dr. A, all of the beautiful Dr's and staff!! They are nurturing and talented. Cancun is beautiful and the people are beautiful. My stay was amazing. I was broken and lost before arriving... They gave me hope and confidence. I lost so much of who I was before making my plans to travel to Cancun for my smile makeover...!

After arriving... Now, I am looking up and making eye contact... I will always be shy, but now I can actually lift my chin up... No more walking around like I don't exist...

Update NOV 26th 2020: I'm here to update my 2nd visit to the Cancun area for my cosmetic dentistry.... First of all, I'd like to say that the staff is amazing—they are like family. They will take care of you and they always want to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of....! *I will update this again with the doctors' names but I must say that all of the staff... are angels.... There are so many talented people within this facility... I promise to jot down all of the names when I come back to revise this review.... And update the new photos!

Doctor German Arzate is a godsend! I can't believe how amazing he is. Everything went smoothly. I was nervous when I got to the clinic, but as soon as I talked with him face to face it was like I met an old friend. Very kind and VERY PROFESSIONAL. All the other dentists told me my case couldn't be fixed but he did it. He explained the risks, the pros, the cons better than anybody else and we took a decision together based on that.

I got prepared and on the first day got my extractions and implants done (the screws—I’ll return on my next vacation for the caps). There was a small discomfort after that but, after all that, I would have assumed I would be in pain. He and his team made sure I was feeling fine. I can't say enough good things about him and the facilities. The place is HUGE—as if it were a hospital AND a spa. Everything is decorated like an elegant art gallery because HE IS ALSO AN ARTIST! That's when I knew my smile would be beautiful because it was going to be done by an artist. Thank you so much for giving me back my happiness when I smile.

Let me just start off by saying this was one of the best trips to a dentist I have ever experienced! I came across Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry from a friend. After going to numerous consultations—one worse than the other—I was so dissatisfied and disgusted at the lack of compassion. Honestly, all anyone seemed to care about was money! So I made the decision to reach out to Dr. Germans' office! I was put in contact with Paty and from that moment on I knew I had made the right decision. Coming from the US, I was a little nervous but from my first visit, I knew right away I was in good hands. Has been approximately two years since I had my smile reconstruction at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. I decided to wait before providing a review to see the true results. I also recently returned for a follow-up visit.

I flew into Cancun and had a full smile reconstruction in October 2021. I was quoted 30k for the same work at my local cosmetic dentist. My initial experience with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry was very good. The staff was fantastic. Special recognition to service representative Elizabeth. I was assisted with transport from the airport and advised on lodging nearby, which was extremely convenient to the office. The description of the procedure was extremely clear. I was also offered a 500.00 special where I was able to sleep the entire time. I have even met with a cosmetic dentist in the states who I continue to see after my procedure and the response was positive.

I have found the dental work to be of high standard. I recommend Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone wishing to have implants, dentures, veneers, or any general or cosmetic dentistry work to use Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry.

Rarely do words escape me, but I simply cannot find any to adequately describe my gratefulness and admiration for the entire team at Cancun Cosmetic Denistry. My job and entrepreneurial ventures require a lot of time in front of the camera and public. I saw a decline in my smile and condition of my teeth after having several teeth extracted in the back of my mouth. My bottom teeth were crowded and much higher than the others, making it appear that I only had 4 teeth on my bottom row. I had never had a gap in my top front teeth but had developed one over time and one of those teeth were beginning to turn sideways. My bite pushed my teeth back instead of forward....all to say, I was a mess.

My sister and I found Cancun Cosmetic Denistry on IG and began following them. She went for a visit during a vacation and came back raving about how beautiful and clean the clinic was and how warm and welcoming the team were as well. We decided that we were going to do everything necessary to get down there and get the work we so desperately desired on our teeth.

Our experience began with Mark, Dental Coordinator who kept in touch with us and who genuinely wanted to see us achieve our dream of having beautiful smiles again. When I told Mark I had to postpone a planned trip, he was understanding yet continued to check in with me from time to time. What that showed me was that I mattered. He truly wanted to see this happen for me.

We arrived in Cancun on Oct 12, 2020. As they promised, someone was there to greet us and bring us to the clinic. When we pulled up, the door opened and it was Mark! While everyone had masks on, we could see the smile in his eyes. When we walked into the clinic it was like everyone was anxiously awaiting our arrival. I've NEVER felt peace in a dental office, but the energy in this place dissolves all feelings of fear or uneasiness. Not at one time ever did I feel like a customer or patient. I felt like a family member who was lucky enough to have a team of talented dentists and support team to take care of me.

We stayed in Cancun for 11 days. Had plenty of time in between appointments to enjoy this beautiful place. The entire procedure was virtually pain free and any discomfort experienced was very temporary and expected considering the work I had done which was a full smile makeover including 20 zirconia crowns. On the morning after the day all the crowns were put in, I was in the fitness center at 7:30am feeling completely fine.

Dr. Arzate's spirit and energy are so comforting and inspiring. You can tell from his videos that he is passionate, but it goes to another level when he is working one on one with you. My happiness was paramount to him. I felt that with every fabric of my being. Norma and Cristina who took care of us the entire time and checked on us after every appointment are now dear friends. Dr. Francisco was a part of most of my procedures and was another calming force that made me feel like family. Dr. Olivia is so compassionate and tender in her delivery. You just want to hug her and call her Titi!

I could go on and on about how this experience changed my life in so many ways. You can see from the photos all the amazing work they do, but what's even better is the unforgettable experience you have and the new and lasting friends we have met that we know will be in our lives forever.

If you are making excuses about why you can't or should not go to Cancun Cosmetic Denistry to get your work done....STOP. It will be the best decision of your life. You will feel welcomed, well taken care of and more than satisfied with your results. Mexico's safety protocols during COVID far outweigh those in the US. My sister and I felt safer in Cancun than we do back home. And the icing on the cake is that the cost of your work is so much less than what you would pay in the US.

My life has been transformed because of this decision and it's about so much more than my teeth. My confidence is back. My mouth feels healthier. And I've made forever friends. THANK YOU!

On February of 2022 I visited Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry at Cancun, Mexico looking for a full mouth restoration. Due to periodontist disease I've begun losing my teeth on both arches. I met up with Dr. German Arzate which was very pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable & professional. He created a plan of treatment for me at a very affordable price—at least 1/3 of what it would've cost in the U.S.A.

Stage 1 began surgery All on 4 on the lower arch & bone graft on the upper arch due to chronic bone loss during the years of wearing a top denture prosthesis. After surgery, I was given an appointment every day for the 8 days I spent in Mexico for post-surgery evaluation under the care of Dr. Elizabeth which, I must acknowledge, was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, attentive to all my concerns and questions, and as a bonus very attractive to look at I must include.

Six months later, after implant healing in August, I returned to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry for the 2nd stage of the treatment and met up with Dr. Rolando, who was assigned to complete my treatment by inserting 8 mini implants on my upper jaw, preparing my lower jaw for my all on 4 final prosthesis, & basically creating the beautiful teeth & smile I have today, for a fraction of the price I would have paid in the states.

My implants are all healed, I get so many compliments on how great my teeth look & I can eat anything I want. Never been so satisfied with my smile as I am today. Thankso to all the wonderful staff at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and their beautiful & very clean facility.

Excellent service! We had implants done. They were very patient with all of the questions we had before we decided to book an appointment. We wanted to be sure that the facility, equipment and surgery would be safe and of high quality. They did exactly what had been promised and the cost was way lower than in Canada.

Our oral surgeon had excellent English and informed us every step of the way during the procedure as to what we should expect. We were not disappointed. Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry followed up with us every 2 days at first and every week later. We both felt that we were in expert hands. We will be back next year for the crowns. All the staff is genuine, professional and easy going.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel that my treatment and experience deserves an amazing review. I’ll start at the beginning. I would consider myself a somewhat nervous dental patient and for that reason have put off having treatment. This year I decided that it was time so visited with a local dentist here in North Texas who after evaluating my dental situation provided a plan to ‘put my teeth right’.

There were a few crowns, root canals and a bridge along with whitening and possibly a couple of veneers to add the finishing touch. Cost was to be upward of $17,000. I needed it doing so put the finances in place but something didn’t seem right and I’d heard of people visiting Mexico for dental work so my investigation started.

I did a lot of research, read both good and bad stories but came to the conclusion that based upon price I could have the work completed and at the same time spend a week at a nice hotel for a fraction of the price. I contacted a few dental offices but one stood out, namely Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. They have a lot of videos on YouTube and are operated by a Doctor German who looked ultra professional. Moving forward I got in touch and started dealing with a really nice lady by the name of Paty who actually listened to my concerns and worked closely with me to put together a plan. She was amazing, very responsive and gave me the confidence to move forward.

I sent over my original quote and arranged a date for my treatment to begin. When I arrived at Cancun I was met at the airport and taken to what is a very nice dental facility in the middle of a beautiful shopping mall in central Cancun. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left I cannot speak highly enough about the people there. I ended up having a smile makeover and love love love my new look. I think my teeth are perfect. I’m going to go back next year to have some work done on my lower teeth too and for the first time in my life look forward to a dental visit.

A big thank you to everyone, especially Elizabeth, you are just amazing, Paty, Doctor Erick, Dr German who is not just a cosmetic dentist but an acclaimed sculpture who makes dentistry an art form and to the sweet young lady who cleaned my teeth better than any other dentist in my life. The ladies on reception, coordinators and everyone I came into contact with are people who I consider close friends. Even Francisco the taxi driver who would take me to my appointments was an absolute star.

Lastly, let’s talk about pain. I don’t do dental pain and for a nominal fee was able to bring in an anaesthetist who put me to sleep when the procedures that scared me were taking place. Thank you for that! So, what more needs saying? If you need or want anything from basic dental work to getting the most beautiful smile and are looking to work with the most amazing people who I guarantee will become friends all mixed in with paying a fair price then trust Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. If money were no object and I could go anywhere in the world to have dental work done I would without question choose these people. Thank you, you made me smile again. Can’t wait till we meet again

An addition to my original review. I forgot to mention Daphne and only because I’m so bad at remembering names! Daphne went beyond any expectations I had. She would message me each day to make sure I felt okay, arrange transportation, answered any questions even after I had left Cancun and is such a lovely person. Thank you Daphne. I run my own company and finding staff who genuinely care is a rare thing. You are an amazing asset to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and can honestly say your commitment and dedication was outstanding. Sorry I forgot your name but sometimes I forget my own. See you all again sooner rather than later.

I couldn’t say enough great things about this place. Not only did they make me feel comfortable while I was there, they have made me feel way better about myself. I honestly do not have one bad thing to say about my entire experience. The first trip was my first trip to Mexico and I was by myself and I wasn’t scared but I was definitely nervous and I had nothing to be nervous about at all. I saved 40k+. I even took my wife with me on my second trip for two weeks and didn’t make a dent in what I would have paid in the states.

I’ve had awful experiences in US with dentists and oral surgeon. This place put anywhere I’ve ever been to shame. When I was alone I stayed at hotel Nextdoor which was convenient but I stayed in hotel zone with my wife on my second trip. Please use Uber and avoid taxis. It’s way cheaper, very convenient, way nicer vehicles with working AC, and the price is set before you ride so they are not able to take advantage of you like 90% of the taxis I used before using Uber.

Just remember everyone makes mistakes; you have got to take care of yourself after surgery, and nothing is guaranteed to work, but they will do a great job doing whatever is best for each patient and explain every step. I really love Cancun now too. Avoid busy months if possible; I went in November both trips and the weather was unbelievably beautiful. It rained some but mostly at night, and was significantly cheaper than peak time. Definitely not getting a deal or paid to give this review—100% honest middle aged cracker.

My procedure started in July 2020 and it was over in December of 2020. All I got to say is that I’m more then happy with my smile makeover. It took me a year of research to decide which cosmetic dentist facility was the top notch and I’m more than happy I went with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry.

I have to say that the entire staff is wonderful and friendly—they make you feel like you’re part of their family. My doctor Adrián Lázaro did an amazing job taking care of me through the entire process. He is one of the best dentists I’ve ever met and he did an amazing job—I couldn’t be more than thankful! Norma, my dear Norma, I miss you already—you’re my sweetheart and I’m so happy I made a friend for life.

So... if you’re reading this I’m telling you go... go without a doubt, they will take good care of you through the entire process. You will be worry free! Oh, and not to forget to mention Mexico/Cancun is super safe with COVID, in fact much better than here in Chicago USA!

I researched dental offices in several countries for 5 months prior to going to Cancun Cosmedic Dentistry. In the US even with my insurance I was quoted over 100 grand. For the same procedure in Mexico I paid less than a quarter of that. I had the all on 6 procedure with cadaver bone and membrane.

From my first visit to my most recent care I’ve always received the best care. They always are so kind and helpful. The office is always immaculate. All the tools and supplies are removed from sterile packages every time. I never had a worry about the cleanliness of anything here. The doctors are extremely professional and highly qualified. They take their time on every procedure to make sure that the teeth are a perfect fit and that I was comfortable with them.

I have been visiting here for 9 years for cleanings and repairs and every time it’s the same professionalism and care. Also my repairs/cleanings over the years have never cost me anything. I can’t say enough about my great experience at Cancún Cosmedic Dentistry. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs dental care to choose Cancún Cosmedic Dentistry. They are located close to the hotel zone which makes the commute easy while also enjoying a beach vacation in between visits.

The only dental clinic I'll ever recommend and use. Amazing staff & top notch facility. I cannot recommend Dr Arzate enough. One regret is that I didn't find them sooner. You're treated like family here, not like a patient with X amount of annual dental coverage. I had full mouth extractions, upper and lower all on 8. Never took 1 pain med. Ice packs and a nap on day one. Zero pain. Start to finish was 6 days. Five stars 10/10.

In the US and was quoted 32k which was way out of my league. But I searched on the internet and decided to give Cancun Dentistry a try and I made the best choice! The work was very affordable, the service was top-notch, and the customer experience is the best with them.
